Big test today! So I wanted to give her something special.

This is definitely not the healthiest lunch I have ever packed her, but it's definitely a fun one :).

April Fools!!

So much fun with this set!!! Mustaches are in and they are EVERYWHERE! So I found some really cute accessories to add to my daughter's lunch with this one, and a really fun prank to pull on her too!
Cute set. Comes with 4 Love notes, 6 container decorations, 2 drink wraps, and a sponge cake box label.

Don't forget to include little prank goodies!

What's better than sharing cake with friends? The look on their faces when they discover your sponge cake is made of actual sponges!
What you'll need
  • Markers
  • New kitchen sponges
  • Canned frosting
  • Sprinkles
How to make it
  • Use a marker to draw large circles on new kitchen sponges, then cut out the circles.
  • Stack and frost them (we used inexpensive canned frosting).
  • Cover the sides with sprinkles, if you like.
  • Tell your victims that you "made a sponge cake," and invite them to cut off a piece.
  • To help ease the prank's sting, serve real cake afterward.

Time for my first post!!! Who am I? A completely crazy mom who makes wild and over the top lunches for my kid. Mostly on special days and holidays but always for a little fun. First, my designs are laid out for use with snack size mason jars. I find they are perfect for my child's lunch box. They can be a little heavy but since they are glass I don't have to worry about BPA or leaks with these little beauties. Now some of you might worry about the jars breaking and getting glass in your kid's lunch, but I can honestly say in the 5 years that I have been packing my child's lunch with these little jars, she has never broken one once! Really they are pretty sturdy and very inexpensive over the long run.

A little bit about my sets...

Each set comes with as many little notecards, bottle wraps, jar lids, and extras that I can offer.

Sometimes I use scrapbooking paper as seen in my little Pink Owl theme lunch (the one that started it all lol), a lot of the time I will include fun little extras, like masks, bracelets and gold coins like we did for Mardi Gras, and pretty napkins, cookie cutter sandwiches, and cute little accents like we did for valentines day.

I hope you enjoy using these sets to make some fun lunches for your little ones!
